Orders. Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Whether your order is received by phone, fax or email, it will be processed promptly. Orders received after business hours are processed in the order they are received.

No orders are shipped without your first confirming your shipping or delivery arrangements. All wines must be paid for in full prior to shipment.

Delivery. Delivery is available throughout Hong Kong, China and to many city. If you live outside Hong Kong, please ask us if we can ship to your city.

Please note: Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 18 years old, and all deliveries must be signed for and proof of age provided. All wines are sold in Hong Kong and title passes to the buyer in Hong Kong. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any city outside of Hong Kong.

Delivery charges are billed after shipment, and are billed at our cost, with no charge for protective shipping containers.

Storage. During extreme weather, we are happy to store your purchases at no charge in our temperature-controlled warehouse until conditions are favorable for delivery.
